Delivery Policy

At Qadri Autos, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand how shipping and delivery are handled.

Delivery Charges

• A standard delivery charge of Rs. 199 applies to all orders below Rs. 5,000.
• We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Confirmation

• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Mad Store with your order details.
• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
• In case of any missing details or delays in payment confirmation, order processing may take longer.

Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD service is available for most locations across Pakistan.
• For COD orders, customers are requested to make full payment to the rider before opening the package.
• If the rider is not paid, the package will not be handed over.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver across major cities and towns in Pakistan.
• Some remote areas may have longer delivery times or may not be serviceable. If your area is not covered, our customer support team will contact you.

Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive to deliver within the promised timeline, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
• In rare cases of natural disasters, courier strikes, or political unrest, delivery timelines may extend.
