Refund & Returns Policy
At Mad Store, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a request.
Return Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition as received.
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Containing all original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will confirm your request and provide you with:
- A return authorization.
- A return shipping label (if applicable).
- Instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Personal care and hygiene items (such as cosmetics or beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards and items purchased on final sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
- We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
- The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the item first and then place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether the refund has been approved.
- If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the refund.
- If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at 📧 customercare@qadriautos.pk.
European Union Customers
- If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
- The product must still meet the eligibility conditions stated above.
